Approving something before a parent sees it

For Teachers

A drafted report, a note home or a parent-meeting brief sits in your own work until you approve it. No parent can see it before then, and closing the page does not send it.

Read it properly. These are the drafts most likely to be trusted without reading, because they are warm and well written and about a child you know.

A parent report is approved in Reports, not from the tool that wrote it.

A note home is approved from the coaching nudge it created.

Edit freely before approving. The draft is a starting point, not a thing to accept or reject.
