Questions about money
Is there a free tier?
An individual tutor with up to ten learners can use Sahayak free, with no card — sign up. That is a real free tier rather than a trial: it does not expire. A school is a paid plan from day one, because setup, training and support are a real cost on our side.
What does the AI cost us?
Nothing extra. AI usage is inside the per-student price, with a daily cap per institution so a runaway month is impossible. Schools that want tighter control can set a per-student allowance as well.
What if we stop?
You export your data and we delete ours. There is no lock-in mechanism to escape because there is nothing we hold that you cannot take — your material was always yours and your marks are your records.
Do you charge for parents?
No. Parents are free, in whatever number a student has.
