Setting up a school

Bring your student and teacher lists as a spreadsheet and import them. Logins are generated for anyone without an email address, so a missing address is never a blocker.

Create your classes and set a class teacher for each. Add the timetable.

Teachers then invite students and parents with a join code rather than an email, which is faster and works for families without an address.

·Students’ names are set by the school and a student cannot change their own. That is deliberate: a renamed child breaks the register, the report and the mark.

·Switch capabilities on per plan. Hidden tools are hidden, not locked, so a teacher never sees a padlock for something you have not bought.
